The Engineers at AZZURRI are passionate about what they do.

Our engineers at AZZURRI not only design our premium range of bicycles, they personally oversee all of the frame production processes. This allows them to give their stamp of approval and offer you AZZURRI’s “Lifetime frame guarantee”.

Once our engineers have designed the moulds the process of selecting quality carbon fibres, weaving them, then directionally layering them begins, HANDMADE layer upon layer.

Extreme care is taken to achieve what we have mastered and as we like to call it: “the Perfect Tri-Mix.” A harmonious balance between stiffness, lightweight and performance.

Abrasive sandpapering is used to prepare frames for adhesiveness and paint application.

AZZURRI demands are strict, therefore each Carbon frame must receive three coats of varnish to ensure that our premium bicycles not only ride great, they will look great long after you purchase your bicycle.

This triple varnishing increases your frames durability, and provides further protection to your frame.

At AZZURRI we are committed to our responsibility to the environment, and all of the paint wastes are filtered through our systematic washing filter plant for chemical and toxin purification, prior to the exhaustion filtering.
